NIJ 0108.01 Complaint Level III ballistic shield protects against high-caliber rifle rounds. It is made with Dyneema® Unidirectional (UD) or Hybrid composite Ballistic Material. This level of ballistic protection offers excellent resistance against rifle and handgun rounds.

He has been an active law enforcement officer since 2005 with one of the largest agencies in the country. He has been assigned to the agency’s full-time SWAT Team since 2016 and is considered an expert in Mechanical Breaching. Dennis is part of the main cadre of instructors during SWAT schools for his department and has instructed multiple International SWAT schools. He has taken part in countless operations including, but not limited to: search warrants, active shooters, vehicle takedowns, barricaded subjects, dignitary protection and waterborne operations.
